To add more dining dollars, log into Bannerweb using your NetID and Password, click on the One Card Service Main Menu, click on Check Meal Plan/Dining Dollar Balance, click the link to add more dining dollars and enter the amount. You may also call the One Card Office at (804) 289-8010 or (804) 289-8478 to add more dining dollars. The charge will go on your student account.

SPIDERCARD ACCOUNT

A SpiderCard Account is a prepaid account that can be accessed using your University of Richmond ID to pay for purchases on campus from locations such as the University of Richmond Spider Shop, One Card Services for passport photos, Campus Post Office, UR Transportation (Shuttle Service), Boatwright Library Circulation Desk, Drink and Snack Vending Machines, and all Dining/Concessions Retail Outlets.

2. The following information is required to complete a transaction:

  • University ID
  • Last name of the Spider Card holder
  • Credit Card number or Checking account information
  • Credit card or Checking account holder's billing address

3. When asked for your address please enter the address where your credit card bill or bank statement is delivered.

4. An asterisk (*) denotes a required entry.

5. Funds are credited to the Spider Card account within thirty minutes.
